What are the event hours?

Manatee Pride 2019 will run from noon until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2019

Where can I find directions to Manatee Pride?

Manatee Pride will be held at the Bradenton Riverwalk Pavilion and Event Area. A Google map link is located below:

Where can I find parking for the Riverwalk?

Several nearby lots are available for free parking.  This year, Manatee Pride will offer VIP parking for $10.00 (see map above).  Volunteers are on-site to direct you to parking.

Where are public restrooms located?

The bathrooms at the Pavilion and Event Area are open throughout the Manatee Pride event. Restrooms at the nearby Skate Park are also available.  And porta-potties are also available for your convenience.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed at Manatee Pride?

Consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed during the Manatee Pride event, but must be purchased from a vendor at the event.  No walk-on alcohol is allowed.

Can bikes be brought to Manatee Pride?  

Bikes are allowed; however, bike riders must avoid pedestrians and event attendees.  Bikes are not allowed in the Splash Pad.

Are dogs permitted at Manatee Pride?

Leashed dogs are allowed at the event and along the Riverwalk. Dog owners must pick up their animals’ wastes. Disposal bags are located along the walkway.

Is there an age limit for the Splash Pad?  

There is no age limit for using the Splash Pad. However, behavior that is dangerous or inappropriate in the presence of young children will not be tolerated.

What other activities are nearby along the Riverwalk?

Beach volleyball can be played at any time on a first come, first serve basis in the volley ball area further down the Riverwalk. The skate park is a great place for skaters and skateboarders. There is a pier for kayak/canoe launching and Kayaks and canoes can be unloaded at curbside.  The Riverwalk itself is a beautiful walking trail.  Fishing is also an option along the Riverwalk and from the Riverwalk’s fishing pier.
